Ingredients for the meatballs:
For the stuffing:
- 500-700 gr. chicken or turkey
- 2-3 cloves of garlic
- 1 onion
- 1 egg
- 1 roll
- Pepper, salt
For the filling burgers:
- 2 boiled eggs grate
- 100-150gr. cheese rub on a small grater
- 2 tablespoons soft butter
- Dill and parsley finely chop
- Seasoning mix pepper to taste

For the batter
- 3-4st.lozhki mayonnaise or sour cream
- 2 eggs
- Flour (dough obtained as fritters)
- ½ tablespoons baking powder
- salt
Cooking burgers
1. From mince patty do.
2. Put the stuffing.
3. Dip in batter and fry in a skillet in hot vegetable oil until cooked.
Cutlets obtained flavorful with a crispy crust.
