Ingredients (for 4 servings)
1 cup boiled spinach
6 large eggs
3/4 cup melted feta
1/2 cup grated mozzarella
1 onion chopped
2 teaspoons olive oil
Salt
pepper
Yoghurt (optional)
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.Then, put the pan over medium heat and sauté the onion. As soon as it wakes, pour the spinach that you leave until it is "picked".
Then smear an ovenproof dish with a little oil, crush the eggs, t 'stir well and add salt and pepper as desired.
Then add the slice and spinach and put the utensil in the oven for about half an hour.
Finally, you can pour the mozzarella to make your scramble a delicious crust.
Let it cool for five minutes after you remove it and then serve with strained yoghurt!
