Strawberry roll cake

Delicious Strawberry roll cake for make it home.
materials for cake base

5 eggs at room temperature
160gr of caster sugar sifted
150gr of farina pudding sifted
2-3 tablespoons of water (optional)

For the cream

250 ml cream
2 tablespoons of caster sugar
 1 piece of vanilla powder

For the filling
300gr Strawberry jam
Strawberries for decoration

For the cake base: We separate the whites from the yolks, stir  the egg whites to stiff meringue with a mixer and add the powdered sugar. Continue stirring and add one to one the yolks. Continue stirring and add the flour.Stir with a spatula until  our mixture becomes homogeneous. Put a little butter on a baking sheet wax paper and pour this mixture.
Bake in preheated oven at 190 degrees for 10-15 minutew.test with a toothpick to avoid crashes pantespani.When it is ready, remove it from the oven, leave it for 2-3 minutes to cool a little, wrap it roll with some parchment paper and let it cool.

For the cream: Stir the cream with a mixer, gradually adding the powdered sugar with the vanilla, until we have a nice, tight whipped cream.

We unwrap our roll carefully, apply with strawberry jam the whole inner surface and on the top we put our cream. Roll back the roll, place it on a tray with the point that joins between the cake base down and leave in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours. Serve with sifted powdered sugar, decorate with fresh strawberries and enjoy it.
