Very effective and easy to make 3D garland with hearts. To make this garland (pictured) we used 2 color A4 sheets. Each of the sheets is divided into three lengthwise.
Each strip is folded three times. Painted a heart on top (as pictured), but inside - two parallel strips. Cut and bend folds well. With a little piece are joined different bands. A great decoration for Valentine Day.
