How to make Christmas ornaments from salt dough

For those are involved in construction would surely have heard about salt dough with which we can make incredible thing or and decorations.

If you are looking for a cheap but also very creative way to make your own Christmas ornaments then you definitely should try this recipe.

materials:
2 cups flour for all uses
1 cup salt
1 cup water

Mix the ingredients in a bowl adding slowly the water. Make a uniform dough.
Remove the dough from the bowl and knead to a smooth surface for 10 minutes until it becomes pliable and smooth. Leave to rest for 20 minutes before use.
While resting the dough spread greaseproof paper  in two pans.Roll dough into a sheet of about the thickness of a coin.  Cut into shapes. Make holes with a wooden stick on top of any shape to be able then to spend ribbons. Be careful not to be too small because you will have trouble passing the ribbon.
If you want you can make different designs on your shapes or even to place glass stones.
Put them in the pans.

Now for drying there are two options. One is to leave them to dry by themselves. Of course the downside is that it will take over 48 hours to dry completely. Clearly it is the most ecological solution. The second option is to put them in the oven at 80 degrees for about four hours. Of course not think to raise the temperature to dry more quickly, because it will only manage to break, making blisters or cracks.

If the drying in the oven, just let the book means to cool themselves.

And now it's time for color. If you want, of course, for me, I like a lot and it is. With acrylic colors will do just fine your job.
Spend and ribbons and ready for hanging!
